RETURNS & EXCHANGES

15-Day Return/Exchange Policy

NOTE: Lite-Link Portable Repeaters are made-to-order and are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

Return Conditions:
All items being returned must meet the following conditions in order to be accepted for a refund or exchange:

• All products must be unused, undamaged, in original packaging.
• There must be no marks, writing (etc.) on the products and packaging.
• All original contents and packaging must be present and undamaged.

Return Policy:

If the product your ordered is still in perfect condition, but you think it won't work for you—send us an email within 15 days of purchase to organize the return. 

Please note that there is a 15% restocking fee on returned items.

Also, if your order qualified for free shipping at the time of purchase, we will refund the full value of your order, less the original shippings costs, and less the restocking fee.

Exchange Policy: 
If you ordered the wrong item and need a different one you can exchange it within 15 days of purchase. We will conduct the exchange and refund any difference in price accordingly once your original order has been returned and satisfies the conditions listed above.

Return Shipping Costs: 
We do require that you cover the return shipping costs for items being returned or exchanged. However, if the error is on our side, then you will get free return shipping included. 

Non-Refundable/Exchangeable Items:

• Shipping Charges.
• Lite-Link Portable Repeater Modules.
• Lite-Link Portable Repeater Batteries.
• Lite-Link Portable Antenna Stands.
• HD Portable Stands.
• Programming fees for radio equipment.
• Items that do not meet the requirements as stated in the "return conditions" section.
