Customer satisfaction is our primary concern, and we go the extra mile to make sure you’ll be happy.
Every product that we sell online is brand new and every shipment is personally inspected to ensure it is correct "as ordered" — we do this to ensure you will be completely satisfied with your purchase.
We understand that sometimes items need to be returned or exchanged. No problem. All items being returned must meet the following conditions in order to be accepted as a return for a refund or exchange:
Given the nature of the products we sell, once your order arrives you may return it to us (by mail, courier or in person) within seven days, assuming that all the above-listed return conditions can be met.
Please allow a minimum of five to ten business days for processing your refund / exchange.
Once you receive your order, you have seven days to confirm that it is working properly. If you think that your product is defective, contact our helpful customer service staff to troubleshoot the problem. If it is confirmed that your new product is defective, you can return it for a refund, exchange or to activate a warranty repair claim:
Given the nature of the products we sell, we charge a 15% or $25.00 restocking fee (whichever is less) on all returned merchandise.

Most of the products we sell come with a limited one-year manufacturer's warranty. If you discover that your product has an issue within the warranty period, and you would like to have it fixed, we will help by:
Please keep in mind that most warranties cover the cost of new parts and do not cover any labour costs, or costs associated with shipping your product for repair. Nor do they cover any labour involved with un-installing products(if applicable) so that they can be shipped for repair. Unfortunately, these costs are unavoidable and remain the responsibility of the hardware owner.
Repairs and warranty claims are a hassle. We help to streamline this process so that it goes smoothly and gets your hardware back online quickly.
