Order Processing & Shipping Terms

ORDER PROCESSING

• Orders received after 3:00pm PST will be processed and shipped on the following business day (unless otherwise specified on the product page).
• Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays, and statutory holidays will be processed on the following business day.
• Orders received on Fridays are not eligible for next day delivery.

FREE SHIPPING

• Free shipping is only available in the United States and Canada.
• Available on products displaying the "free shipping" icon:
• 2-3 days standard shipping time. Remote locations may take longer.

Shipping within North America

• Orders are insured up to $100. Contact us to add additional insurance.
• To ensure your order arrives securely, all shipments require your signature for delivery.
• Orders originating within the United States will be shipped from our American warehouse.
• Orders originating within Canada will be shipped from our Canadian warehouse.

International Shipping

• Orders shipped outside of North America will be sent via UPS and may be subject to a customs brokerage fee and applicable taxes. These fees would be collected by the shipping provider and customers are responsible for paying them.

No-Hassle Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is our primary concern, and we go the extra mile to make sure you’ll be happy.
Every product that we sell online is brand new and every shipment is personally inspected to ensure it is correct "as ordered" — we do this to ensure you will be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Return Conditions

We understand that sometimes items need to be returned or exchanged. No problem. All items being returned must meet the following conditions in order to be accepted as a return for a refund or exchange:

• All products must be unused, undamaged, in original packaging.
• There must be no marks, writing (etc.) on the products and packaging.
• All original contents and packaging must be present and undamaged.

Return Period

Given the nature of the products we sell, once your order arrives you may return it to us (by mail, courier or in person) within seven days, assuming that all the above-listed return conditions can be met.

Please allow a minimum of five to ten business days for processing your refund / exchange.

Defective Products

Once you receive your order, you have seven days to confirm that it is working properly. If you think that your product is defective, contact our helpful customer service staff to troubleshoot the problem. If it is confirmed that your new product is defective, you can return it for a refund, exchange or to activate a warranty repair claim:

Restocking Fee

Given the nature of the products we sell, we charge a 15% or $25.00 restocking fee (whichever is less) on all returned merchandise.

Non-Refundable/Exchangeable Items

We are unable to offer a refund or exchange for the following items:

• Shipping Charges.
• Custom products.
• Prepaid satellite airtime plan costs and activation charges.
• Monthly or annual satellite airtime plan costs activation charges.
• Lite-Link Radio Repeater Packs.
• Programming fees for radio equipment.
• Items that do not meet the requirements as stated in the "return conditions" section.

If you're having problems with a product you purchased from us and require assistance with the warranty process, a hardware repair, hardware training, satellite airtime support, or anything else, please contact us. Warranty & repair support

Most of the products we sell come with a limited one-year manufacturer's warranty. If you discover that your product has an issue within the warranty period, and you would like to have it fixed, we will help by:

• Arranging the warranty claim with the manufacturer on your behalf.
• Putting you in touch with the appropriate channels to arrange for the warranty repair on your own, if desired.
• Un-installing equipment so that it can be sent it to the manufacturer (location dependent, charges apply).

Please keep in mind that most warranties cover the cost of new parts and do not cover any labour costs, or costs associated with shipping your product for repair. Nor do they cover any labour involved with un-installing products(if applicable) so that they can be shipped for repair. Unfortunately, these costs are unavoidable and remain the responsibility of the hardware owner.
